1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WorthCay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on WorthCay's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy materials

Use materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)

Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on WorthCay's website

Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to WorthCay. However, by uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the content you upload and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on WorthCay's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. WorthCay makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WorthCay or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on WorthCay's website, even if WorthCay or a WorthCay authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Billing & Refund Policy

WorthCay is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. Upon confirmed payment, access to paid features is granted immediately. Payments are processed by our payment processor (Waffo Pancake). Current plan details and pricing are available at https://worthcay.com/pricing.

Free trial: New accounts may receive a free trial period (currently up to 90 days) with no charge during the trial. Because no payment is collected for the free trial itself, there is nothing to refund for unused trial time. You may stop using the Service or cancel before converting to a paid plan at any time.

Paid subscriptions: By providing a payment method and subscribing, you authorize WorthCay to charge that payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fee until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime via Dashboard → Settings → Cancel Subscription, or by emailing support@worthcay.com from your registered email. After cancellation, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

General refund policy: Due to the immediate and intangible nature of our digital services, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as expressly stated below.

Eligible refunds: (a) New subscriber 7-day guarantee — a full refund is available to first-time paid subscribers within 7 days of the initial charge if you have not made substantial use of Premium features; (b) Duplicate charge — a full refund for any billing error resulting in a duplicate charge; (c) Verified service outage of 72 hours or more within our control — a pro-rated credit or refund; (d) Statutory rights — if applicable law grants withdrawal or refund rights (for example, a 14-day withdrawal right in the EU/UK), those rights are preserved.

Non-refundable: Fees for subscription periods already used (except as noted above); annual subscription fees requested more than 30 days after the initial purchase; and accounts terminated for violation of these Terms.

How to request a refund: Email support@worthcay.com with your account email, transaction ID (or payment receipt), and reason. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.

7. Term & Termination

These Terms remain effective while you use the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict access to all or part of the Service, if you materially breach these Terms, misuse or abuse the Service (including unauthorized access, scraping, interfering with security, or reselling access), we reasonably suspect fraudulent or illegal activity, or as required by law. Where practicable, we will notify you of the reason for suspension or termination.

If we terminate your paid subscription for reasons other than your breach, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused prepaid period. If we terminate or suspend your account because of your breach or abuse, fees already paid are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@worthcay.com. Cancellation of a subscription does not by itself delete your account or data; deletion requests are handled under our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WorthCay operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
